Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process sales transactions accurately using the ERP system.
Handle cash, card payments, vouchers, billing, invoicing, and receipts.
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policy.
Assist customers with pricing, promotions, and product inquiries.
Ensure correct price tagging, updates during promotions, and clear display labels.
Support stock counts, verify inventory accuracy, and report discrepancies.
Prepare daily cash reports and coordinate with Branch Manager, Accounting, Sales, and Inventory teams.
Maintain an organized cashier station and assist with sales when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years experience as a cashier or in retail operations; home appliances/furniture experience preferred.
High School Diploma required; bachelor s degree in Business/Accounting preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.
Strong cash-handling, numerical accuracy, POS operation, and inventory knowledge.
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
