Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The American University of Technology (Halat) is looking a responsible and customer-oriented Cashier & Telephone Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist students, faculty, and visitors with inquiries
- Handle cash.
- Sell books, stationery, etc
- Provide photocopying, printing, scanning, and related services
- Maintain organized shelves and displays
- Support the daily operations of the bookshop and service center
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with printing/copier equipment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Previous experience in same position
