Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.
  • Maintain an accurate cash register and ensure daily cash reconciliation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests politely and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
