Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as required.
- Maintain an accurate cash register and ensure daily cash reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests politely and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office)
