Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares the table for play: shuffle/arrange cards, set up chips, ensure game equipment is ready.
Explains game rules and wagering limits to guests (especially new players) and assist them if needed.
Deals cards, spin the wheel, handle dice or other game equipment, as applicable.
Collects losing bets, pay winners, manage the flow of chips and money within the table.
Monitors game progress and pace to keep play moving smoothly and to maintain the house s standards.
Remains vigilant for irregularities, cheating, collusion or suspicious behaviour and report issues as required.
Provides excellent guest service: greet players, answer questions, ensure a positive game experience.
Adheres to all casino, gaming regulatory and legal procedures (e.g., verification of age, responsible gaming, etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred but not always required.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
