Roles & Responsibilities

The Casino Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all public and operational areas within the casino.

This role supports the overall guest experience by ensuring a pristine environment and responding promptly to service needs.

Maintain cleanliness of casino floors, restrooms, back-of-house areas, and designated public spaces
Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests for cleaning, restocking, or assistance
Ensure all areas are well-stocked with supplies such as paper products, hand soap, and sanitizers
Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining discretion and respect for guest privacy
Assist with minor spills, debris removal, and other immediate cleaning needs to ensure safety
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with Wynn and regulatory standards
eport any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with training and safety guidelines
Support emergency response procedures when required
Assist with furniture setup, movement, and event preparation as directed
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of replenishment needs
Support casino operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests and staff
Collaborate with Facilities, Housekeeping, and Casino teams to ensure smooth workflow
Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions
Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn s grooming and conduct standards
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and service excellence

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities support preferred
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and reliability
Effective communication and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
