Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of the Home & Leisure, Hardlines categories.
  • Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and optimize product selection, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and technology.
  • Analyze data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
