Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies for CAPEX & OPEX
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFP/RFQ, negotiation, contracting)
  • Manage capital equipment and project procurement
  • Oversee indirect categories (IT, FM, professional services, MRO, etc.)
  • Drive cost savings, value creation, and supplier performance
  • Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations
  • drive cost optimization, manage supplier relationships, and ensure commercial excellence across capital projects and operational spend.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
  • Promote ethical sourcing and sustainability practices.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Business Units.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • BSc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: From 7:9 years in Procurement / Category Management
  • Strong CAPEX & OPEX sourcing experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capability
