Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for CAPEX & OPEX

Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFP/RFQ, negotiation, contracting)

Manage capital equipment and project procurement

Oversee indirect categories (IT, FM, professional services, MRO, etc.)

Drive cost savings, value creation, and supplier performance

Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations

drive cost optimization, manage supplier relationships, and ensure commercial excellence across capital projects and operational spend.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

Maintain documentation and audit readiness.

Promote ethical sourcing and sustainability practices.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Business Units.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • From 7:9 years in Procurement / Category Management
  • Strong CAPEX & OPEX sourcing experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capability
