Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Assortment Management & Product Sourcing
- FR: Identify and select strategic categories (fruits & vegetables, fresh produce, FMCG, grocery).
- Negotiating with partners (supermarkets, wholesalers, producers) to guarantee availability and the best conditions. Maintaining a current and competitive catalogue.
- 2. Animation commerciale & promotions / Commercial Activation & Promotions
- Design and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., Fruit & Vegetable Wednesday).
- Create a promotional calendar in collaboration with marketing. Optimize product visibility on the app (visuals, wording, placement).
- 3. Pricing & comp titivit / Pricing & Competitiveness
- Conduct a regular benchmark against supermarkets and Q-commerce competitors.
- Define and adjust the pricing strategy to remain competitive while protecting the margin. Implement regular monitoring of price discrepancies and rapid corrective actions.
- 4. Analyse & performance / Analysis & Performance
- Track KPIs (sales, margin, average basket size, purchase frequency).
- Identify best-selling and underperforming products. Produce regular analyses and propose action plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (4/5 years of higher education) in business, management or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG or Q-commerce.
- Skills: supplier negotiation, pricing, merchandising, data analysis.
- Bilingual French / English.
