Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Negotiating prices, payment terms, and contracts
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Managing category performance and profitability
- Planning assortment and forecasting demand
- Ensuring product quality and alignment with market requirements
- Coordinating with supply chain, merchandising, and finance teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in home textiles sourcing & category management
Strong knowledge of fabrics, finishing, construction, and product specifications
Experience in importing and dealing with global suppliers and factories
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
English proficiency is a must
