Roles & Responsibilities
1. Category Manager – Private Label (Pasta, Sauces, Cooking Ingredients)
• Proven experience in private label product development.
• Strong expertise in pasta, sauces, and other cooking ingredients.
• Background in supplier negotiations, cost management, and market analysis.
• Category Manager – Private Label (Food Products in General)
• Solid experience in private label food product development across multiple categories.
• Background in supplier negotiations, cost management, and market analysis.
2. Category Manager – Private Label (Food Products in General)
• Solid experience in private label food product development across multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of category strategy, product innovation, and supplier sourcing.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle and ensure competitiveness in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Category Management or Private Label Product Development within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept development to market launch.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiation, cost management, and market analysis.
• Proven ability to drive category growth, product innovation, and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple product categories effectively.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Philippines.
