Roles & Responsibilities

Operations

  • Analyse weekly and monthly performance of Fashion, Toys & Accessories categories.
  • Propose sales forecasts for new products (fashion collections, seasonal toys, new accessories) and promotions.
  • Execute the in-store action plan to de-stock or close promotions for fashion, toys and accessories ranges.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new collections, new toys and accessory launches, in conjunction with local and global suppliers.
  • Ensure the correct application of pricing policies, advertising spaces and areas dedicated to fashion and accessories.
  • Guarantee the correct application of marketing strategies and visual merchandising guidelines for fashion.
  • Manage product references (SKU) and report assortment problems for the three categories.
  • Welcome Fashion/Toys/Accessories suppliers in the shop and accompany them during visits to ensure an effective working relationship.
  • Organize pre-inventory tasks to ensure optimal counting (especially for accessories and small items).
  • Assess the quality of the stock (condition of fashion items, toy packaging, sensitive accessories) and coordinate the necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement on overstock issues (size, colors, past collections).
  • Inform teams of price changes and monitor their proper implementation.

People / Coordination

  • Provide relevant feedback to central teams regarding fashion, toy and accessory trends in the Algerian market.
  • Develop a product training plan (fashion brands, types of accessories, toy best-sellers) in coordination with HR.
  • Propose sales forecasts for new products and promotions specific to the three categories.
  • Monitor weekly performance of fashion & lifestyle promotions and new products.
  • Monitor sales and margins by brand/sub-category (e.g. bags, costume jewelry, educational toys, textiles).
  • Coordinate marketing strategies and visual merchandising, particularly for Fashion & Accessories areas.
  • Identify necessary adjustments (sizes, ranges, colors, product mix) and communicate them to the teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and international suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance by brand/category.
  • Proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
