Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in need of catering services.
• Develop customized catering proposals based on client requirements and budgets.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of catering orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and catering offerings.
• Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client communications.
• Meet and exceed assigned catering sales targets and objectives.

• Proven experience as a Catering Sales Executive or similar sales role in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of catering services and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
