Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring timely execution of events and adherence to client specifications.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to create and adjust menus based on client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies, minimizing waste while maintaining quality and freshness.
- Train and supervise catering staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and exceptional service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in catering or food service management, showcasing progressive responsibility.
Certification in food safety and sanitation, demonstrating commitment to health standards.
Experience in high-volume catering operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.
