Roles & Responsibilities

What will your main responsibilities be?
- Supporting the execution of customer and channel strategies through data analysis, coordination, and on-ground support
- Assisting in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to support business decisions
- Supporting the planning and execution of in-store activities, promotions, and customer initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of plans
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and basic reporting related to sales and stock performance
- Participating in field visits, store checks, or internal meetings to gain exposure to market dynamics and customer operations
- Supporting forecasting, planning, or ad-hoc projects related to Customer Development
- Contributing to administrative and coordination tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Development team

Desired Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or any related field

Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
