Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong>CBU Project Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and city development projects. Reporting to the Project Director, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise, with a focus on driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across complex construction environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 20 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
  • Proven experience in construction management roles on major projects, ideally within government or semi-government environments.
  • Strong technical expertise across:
    • Site engineering
    • Project controls
    • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
    • Contracts management
    • Quality assurance
  • Extensive experience in water and wastewater construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with government entities and utility providers.
  • Track record of implementing continuous improvement and developing talent within construction teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • International project experience preferred, with KSA experience highly desirable.
  • Western education background and prior experience working within Western markets or international project environments is strongly preferred for this E1-level role.
