Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assign the approved certificates to the relevant systems and sub-systems during the detailed design phase.
Generate the required check sheets to support that construction activity through CCMS tool before any field construction activity commence
Print and distribute Check Sheets and Certificates to the relevant work force at construction and pre-commissioning phases.
Upload the completed Check Sheets and Certificates to CCMS Tool progressively and timely, however the uploading work shall be completed within one (1) week after the relevant construction and pre-commissioning activities are completed.
Set-up CCMS system in Contractor s organization.
Assign the approved construction and Pre-commissioning check sheets to the tags / components,
Assign the approved certificates to the relevant systems and sub-systems during the detailed design phase.
Generate the required check sheets to support that construction activity through CCMS tool before any field construction activity commence
Print and distribute Check Sheets and Certificates to the relevant work force at construction and pre-commissioning phases.
Upload the completed Check Sheets and Certificates to CCMS Tool progressively and timely, however the uploading work shall be completed within one (1) week after the relevant construction and pre-commissioning activities are completed.
Timely Generate Completion Certificates from CCMS Tool and Obtain the sign off by the relevant staff whenever the certification activity is required.
Upload the signed Completion Certificates to CCMS Tool within one (1) week after those Completion Certificates are signed off.
Work with project engineers, design engineers, construction, commissioning personnel to set-up and administer CCMS structures for all projects.
Ensure timely and quality update during project development, construction and commissioning phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience in project engineering, construction or commissioning supervision.
Experience in managing/coordinating multi-discipline design or construction projects.
Proficiency in the use of PCs and data management.
Experience with setting up a CCMS System from start through to project close-out is preferred.
Shall be skilled in the use of PCs and data management.
Education:
Engineering Degree / Diploma.
Shall complete CCMS Super User s course.
