Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all key areas of the facility to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property.
- Promptly identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, observations, and actions taken during each shift.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras and recording devices are functioning optimally.
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents by providing relevant video evidence and detailed reports.
- Coordinate with security personnel and other departments to respond effectively to emergencies or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to surveillance and privacy.
- Support the implementation of security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of surveillance procedures.
- Conduct routine checks of the control room and surveillance systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar CCTV Operator or security surveillance role.
- Proven experience in operating and monitoring CCTV systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess security risks quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during extended periods of monitoring.
- Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Commitment to upholding company standards and contributing to a safe workplace.
