Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards 1 Responsible for Monitoring and operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room. 2 Managing associated alarms and call monitoring. 3 To operate and monitor all systems within the Control center in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with various procedures and systems approved by the management. 4 To record all events and actions taken in a clear, and accurate written format. 5 To provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all inquiries. 6 To report equipment failure to the supervisor to maximize the operation of the system. 7 Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information. 8 Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. 9 Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering. 10 Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. 11 Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed. 12 Provides and promotes People Centered care concept by involving Patient and family in all activities affecting their care and choices as applicable. 13 Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs. Qualifications, Competencies and Skills Education Diploma / Degree in IT Experience One or more years of responsible-related experience. Licensure Not Applicable Language Proficiency in English Language as a main one and advantage if known Arabic language Computer Proficiency Not Applicable Performance Competencies 1 Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel. 2 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
