Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the CCTV section, ensuring all surveillance operations are conducted effectively and in compliance with company policies.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for CCTV monitoring, incident response, and evidence handling.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and related security equipment across all company facilities.
  • Coordinate with security, IT, and facility management teams to ensure seamless integration of surveillance systems.
  • Monitor live and recorded footage to detect and respond to security breaches, safety hazards, and operational incidents.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate CCTV operators and support staff, fostering a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, system performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies as needed for investigations and audits.
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of CCTV hardware and software.
  • Stay updated on the latest surveillance technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance security infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in CCTV operations, security management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team within a security or surveillance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, and security protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and evidence management.
  • Ability to work onsite and respond promptly to security incidents as required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards relevant to security operations.
