Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems, keeping them fully operational and actively monitored.Collaborate with internal and external teams to promptly address and resolve system issues.Supervise control room operations, ensuring all technical equipment is properly maintained and functional.Conduct daily inspections of surveillance devices to confirm correct operation and accurate data recording.Verify that cameras are properly connected and recognized within the respective software applications.Detect and fix any problems with surveillance equipment and systems.Apply necessary updates and adjustments to systems as needed.Install and manage surveillance software applications.Continuously monitor and maintain surveillance services and applications.Perform routine maintenance following the predefined maintenance schedule.Provide training and create documentation to support users in proper system operation.Proactively assess the reliability and performance of surveillance services.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure system connectivity and data protection.Install and verify functioning of client surveillance software.Prepare systems for emergency responses and ensure quick recovery from malfunctions.Handle repair requests for surveillance systems and offer after-hours support when necessary.RequirementsNative or fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher), excellent written and spoken communication.Educational background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering, or related fields.Deep knowledge of surveillance systems and their software solutions.Proven experience with complete installation and configuration of surveillance setups.Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining surveillance equipment.Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.Experience with video management software (VMS) or equivalent preferred.Understanding of various storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, DAS) is beneficial.Basic network administration experience, including user and backup management.Knowledge of server and storage hardware brands (e.g., HP, Dell, EMC) is advantageous.Strong grasp of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.BenefitsCompetitive salary reflecting experience, skills, and performance.Work within a dynamic international team known for its positive and friendly environment.Receive career development support and resources.Performance-based bonuses.Private health insurance.Complimentary gym membership.Diversity and Inclusion in Electronic Security CareersWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is empowered to thrive.
