Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of CCTV systems.
- Manage the CCTV operation, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the CCTV department.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CCTV system and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functioning.
- Conduct regular inspections of CCTV equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all CCTV footage is properly stored and archived for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
- Train new CCTV technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that CCTV systems are integrated with other security systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to any emergency situations that may arise and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of all CCTV activities, including maintenance and repairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and operation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
