CCU Operator – Saudi National SERCO Limited

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CCU Operator (Central Control Unit Operator) to ensure smooth shift operations by monitoring real-time activities, coordinating with field teams, and managing incident logs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational awareness, and hands-on experience in control room or operations support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor live operations in real time to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Coordinate with on-ground teams to address incidents and maintain operational continuity.

· Log and track all incidents accurately and promptly during shifts.

· Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company processes at all times.

· Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors and relevant departments.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and suggesting solutions.
