Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie in hot kitchen operations within 5 Star hotels or fine dining restaurants.
· Expertise in preparing and supervising meat, poultry, seafood, and sauces to 5-star standards.
· Ability to lead a section independently while guiding and training junior staff.
· Strong knowledge of menu execution, portion control, and presentation consistency.
· Skilled in kitchen organization, food costing awareness, and waste reduction.
· Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
