Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook continental dishes as per restaurant standards.

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Follow food safety and storage procedures.

Support in inventory control and stock management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience as CDP or DCDP in continental cuisine.

Knowledge of continental cooking techniques and recipes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
