Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and supervise bakery and pastry production as per menu and standards.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all bakery and pastry items.
- Manage inventory and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the culinary team for daily production and menu planning.
- Support training of junior staff and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as CDP in a 5-star property or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge in bakery and pastry preparation.
- Good English communication skills.
