Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff alike.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve service delivery within the center.
  • Manage budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring the center meets its financial targets without compromising quality.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages professional development and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a customer-centric environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financials, with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
