Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager with scheduling daily activities, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Manage the General Manager s office: organize documents, correspondence, reports, and files.
  • Communicate directly with clients to update them on their production status and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing and production teams to track the progress of each client s orders.
  • Screen and manage calls, messages, and inquiries for the General Manager.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion.
  • Represent the General Manager and the company professionally and courteously.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Speaks English (level: good)
  • Basic knowledge of clothing manufacturing or garment production
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Responsible, focused, and detail-oriented
