Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Develop and maintain a filling correspondence.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Handling executives' requests and queries appropriately
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Managing the executive s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Fluent English
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
