Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO
Manage the CEO s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and strategic projects
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French/Arabic is a plus)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
