Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company s strategic vision in alignment with the group's direction.

Strengthen business performance across underwriting, claims, sales, and operations.

Drive digital transformation and modernization of systems, channels, and customer experience.

Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management.

Expand product offerings and distribution channels to accelerate growth.

Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and a strong performance-driven culture.

Deliver sustainable profitability, revenue growth, and financial discipline.

Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, including senior executive leadership.

Solid understanding of underwriting, claims, operations, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven record in transformation, scaling, or modernizing an insurance business.

Bachelor s degree required, MBA or relevant master s preferred.

Professional insurance certifications (ACII, CPCU) are a strong advantage.

Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership capability, and communication skills.
