We're hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Aviation (Non - Arabs)

A prestigious and rapidly growing aviation group in the UAE is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead its commercial, operational, and strategic growth, preferrably ex-military experience.

� Location: Abu Dhabi (On-site, full-time)

� Reporting to: Board of Directors

The role:

Set and execute the company's strategic vision, growth plan, and P&L ownership

Oversee all business units including helicopter and fixed-wing charter, FBO operations, aircraft management, MRO, and aviation hospitality (where applicable)

Drive commercial performance, route expansion, fleet planning, and new revenue streams

Lead operational excellence, safety management systems (SMS), and regulatory compliance (GCAA, ICAO)

Represent the company with key stakeholders: civil aviation authorities, OEMs, joint venture partners, and UHNW clients

Build and lead a high-performance executive team and instill a culture of discipline, safety, and service excellence

What you bring (essential):

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

15+ years of aviation industry experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role (CEO, Managing Director, VP-level)

Proven track record in commercial aviation, business aviation, or rotorcraft operations

Deep understanding of GCAA / ICAO regulations, safety standards, and operational risk management

P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar aviation business

Strong network across OEMs, regulators, and aviation service providers

Ex-military aviation background

Preferred:

Experience with helicopter operations (offshore, VIP, EMS, or utility)

Background in FBO management or business aviation charter

Existing UAE aviation network and GCAA relationships
