Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the corporate strategy in alignment with the board of directors and long-term organizational goals.

  • Lead all operational and financial activities, ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government entities, and industry partners.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation across all business units to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the executive leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary public face of the organization, representing company values and vision in all external communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive at a C-level position (e.g., COO, Managing Director) with a track record of scaling organizations.

  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances (experience within the GCC region is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term vision.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and capital allocation experience.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
