Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Organize and maintain the CEO s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and ensure effective time management.
Communication & Correspondence:
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and send emails, memos, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-up:
Prepare agendas, presentations, and necessary documents for meetings.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Travel & Logistics:
Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation, visas).
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle related expense reports.
Confidential Information Handling:
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical) for executive documents.
Project Support:
Assist in monitoring and following up on key projects, initiatives, and deadlines.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as requested.
General Executive Support:
Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment with CEO directives.
Perform other administrative support tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues.
