Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CEO Office Assistant to support the CEO of a flexible packaging manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring effective coordination between executive management, production, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams, while maintaining smooth daily operations of the CEO s office
- Manage the CEO s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, including plant and supplier visits
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, KPIs, and dashboards related to production, operations, and business performance
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and department heads (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR)
- Track action plans, operational targets, and follow up on execution deadlines
- Handle confidential information related to operations, contracts, and strategic initiatives
- Organize executive meetings, management reviews, and board meetings; prepare agendas and minutes
- Support CEO-led projects related to plant performance, expansion, cost optimization, and operational excellence
- Manage correspondence with customers, suppliers, auditors, and external partners when required
- Maintain structured filing systems for executive and operational documents
