Roles & Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Maintain and organize the CEO s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across departments
  • Set priorities and manage scheduling conflicts efficiently

Communication & Correspondence

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the CEO
  • Direct correspondence to appropriate parties and ensure timely responses
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and meeting venues
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes when needed

Documentation & Reporting

  • Draft, format, and edit reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare summaries, and follow up on action items
  • Manage the filing system, both digital and physical, ensuring easy document retrieval

Office & Resource Management

  • Source and manage office supplies and administrative resources
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory and ensure smooth office operations
  • Support in organizing company events or executive-level engagements

Liaison & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, or partners
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Ensure smooth communication flow across departments involving the CEO

Desired Candidate Profile

5 : 10 years of experience in office management, administration .

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Good understanding of business etiquette and formal communication protocols
  • Female is a must .
