Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Track and monitor ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain effective communication between team members, departments, and external partners.
  • Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose practical solutions.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to performance and KPIs.
  • Identify root causes of challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO and Board of Directors, preparing sustainability reports and presentations as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: Solid experience in business support, coordination, or operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, enhance processes, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Odoo, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
