Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly install ceramic tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and a flawless finish that wows.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayments, guaranteeing a durable and long-lasting installation.
  • Accurately measure and cut tiles using specialized tools, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency on every project.
  • Mix and apply mortar and grout with precision, achieving a strong bond and a visually appealing final result.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for practical skills.
  • Holds a relevant vocational certificate or apprenticeship in ceramic tiling, demonstrating formal training and expertise.
  • Has a valid tiling certification (e.g., from a recognized trade organization), validating professional competence.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of hands-on experience in ceramic tiling, showcasing practical proficiency.
