Budget Analyst
The Certified Public Accountant manage complex financial data and extracts and defines information, interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability for Division Personnel in establishing and implementing a comprehensive Division procedures including but not limited to:
• Oversee annual budgeting processes, prepare monthly Budget vs. Actual reports,
and maintain real-time budget control.
• Managing internal audit and external audit requirements
• Responsible for overseeing the capitalization of assets.
• Cost Control and cost allocation
• Establish plans, procedures, standards, and methods covering all phases of budget
formulation, execution and accountability activities
• Lead decision-making sessions with Trust senior managers and program managers
to formulate, plan, and implement program budgetary requests
• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements and operating forecasts
• Develop and maintain full-time equivalent ADNOC employee plans and a monitoring system; and inform, advise, and make appropriate recommendations for distribution in coordination with HR and managers
