Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CFO s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate between the finance department and other departments.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferably in Finance or Corporate roles).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong English language skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
