Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CFO s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate between the finance department and other departments.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferably in Finance or Corporate roles).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong English language skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
