Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group s financial strategy to support business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple business units to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and key clients.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
  • Support the development and implementation of ERP and financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Represent the group in financial negotiations, contract reviews, and investor relations activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or Master s in Finance is preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 15 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
