Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to executive management and the board.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
  • Supervise accounting, audit, and tax functions to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to consumer finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
