Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions as required.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles.

  • Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing complex financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business success.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
