Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business growth and profitability.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions as required.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles.
- Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing complex financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business success.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
