Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and growth plans.

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to optimize financial performance and liquidity.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support operational efficiency and profitability.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role.

  • Proven track record in financial management, planning, and analysis within a large, multi-sectoral organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing external audits and liaising with regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
