Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Riyadh – Al-Riwaya District (On-site) Preferred Nationality: Asian nationality (with transferable Iqama) Responsibilities: • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals. • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders. • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments. • Supervise the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Ensure adherence to Saudi financial regulations and tax requirements. • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government entities. • Implement and maintain internal controls and ERP systems for efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred). • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or a similar senior finance role. • Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting and taxation systems. • Proficiency in ERP software (Oracle, Odoo, SAP, or similar). • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage
