Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the development of our activities with players in the FSI sector (Banking, Insurance, Leasing, Payment, Fintech), we are looking for a Sales Account Executive responsible for driving commercial growth, developing strategic accounts and strengthening long-term partnerships with our clients.
Main missions
- Develop and manage a portfolio of ISP clients (banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, fintechs)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities (hunting and lifting)
- Develop and execute the Account Plan
- Managing the sales cycle from start to finish:
- Prospecting and qualification
- Response to calls for tenders (RFP/RFI)
- Commercial and contractual negotiation
- Closing des deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring and sales growth (upsell / cross-sell)
- Participate in client meetings and steering committees
- Conduct market research on the FSI (trends, competition, innovation)

- Data, Cloud, Cybers curit , Core Banking, CRM, Digital Banking
- Outsourcing & Managed Services

- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- D development of new ISP accounts
- Customer loyalty and growth of existing accounts
- Contract profitability and margin control
Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills
Sales skills
- Solid experience in complex B2B sales
- My mastery of the long sales cycle
- Ability to address C-level stakeholders (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Sector-specific skills
- Good knowledge of the ISP sector
- Understanding of regulatory issues (optional: PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, AML)
- Knowledge of banking and insurance processes
Soft skills
- Leadership and partner stance
- Strong results-oriented approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Autonomy, rigor and a sense of commitment
Search profile
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school or equivalent)
- 8-10 years of experience as a Sales/Account Executive in the FSI sector
- Significant experience in IT services companies, integrators, or consulting firms
- Professional English required
