Effective communication forms the backbone of successful transformation. This specialised position focuses on developing messaging strategies and content that builds understanding, addresses concerns, and generates enthusiasm for change. You will need to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while ensuring consistency across multiple channels. Your work will directly impact how the transformation is perceived, understood and ultimately embraced throughout the client organisation.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change communications strategy aligned with the transformation programme
  • Create compelling narratives and key messages that explain the rationale, benefits and impact of change
  • Design and deliver communications across multiple channels to reach diverse stakeholder groups
  • Work closely with the clients Communications team to ensure alignment with broader corporate messaging
  • Develop communications toolkits and resources for leaders and managers
  • Measure the effectiveness of change communications and adapt approaches based on feedback
  • Support senior leaders in communicating change through briefings, talking points and presentation materials
  • Design and facilitate communications workshops for leaders and change champions

Experience That Contributes To Success

  • 7+ years of experience in communications with a focus on change and transformation
  • Proven track record of developing effective change communication strategies
  • Strong storytelling abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in supporting leadership communications during periods of significant change
  • Understanding of change management principles and how communications support the change journey
  • Experience in measuring communication effectiveness and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Experience in the Middle East region and understanding of cultural nuances in communications would be advantageous
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for different audiences
