The Role
As a Change Consultant, you ll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to shape requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Based in Doha, this role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery in complex environments.
What You ll Do
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across technology initiatives
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding
- Support process improvement initiatives using structured analysis and best-practice frameworks
- Contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation activities
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across workshops and forums
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
- One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
- Experience within consulting or advisory environments
- Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large-scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
- Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms
