Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process in alignment with ITIL or organizational standards.
Review and assess change requests for completeness, impact, and risk.
Schedule and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and communication of change activities across stakeholders.
Monitor and report on change metrics, trends, and compliance.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business units to ensure successful change implementation.
Maintain the change calendar and ensure alignment with release and deployment schedules.
Identify and escalate issues or risks related to change activities.
Support continuous improvement of change management processes and tools.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in change coordination or IT service management.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management principles.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
