Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Project Coordination

  • Support end-to-end delivery of HR and transformation projects

  • Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports

  • Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation, and action trackers

  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions

  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, policies, and governance frameworks

Change Management & Transformation

  • Support implementation of organizational change and transformation initiatives

  • Assist in process improvement and operational optimization activities

  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement plans

  • Support adoption and transition activities across departments

  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations

  • Analyze project KPIs, transformation metrics, and operational data

  • Track project progress and provide analytical insights

  • Support workforce and business performance reporting

  • Utilize Power BI, Excel, or reporting tools for data visualization
